Centralized Operations Mgt System | Smartsheet

Implemented a centralized Smartsheet management system that streamlines job tracking and reporting by creating a master sheet, which acts as the single source of truth. This core data then powers Dynamic View for the Lead Dashboard that enables leads to directly update statuses, submit reports, and upload files for their assigned jobs, eliminating the need for separate forms or duplicate sheets. A Manager Dashboard is also built from the Master and several other sheets. This model ensures real-time visibility and seamless operation.

Skills Matrix & Heatmap Dashboard | Smartsheet

Transformed a complex skills intake process by designing an automated system in Smartsheet. Engineered a solution where staff self-report on 80+ skills via a customized form. The data is automatically transposed from a landscape intake format into a structured, portrait-oriented matrix using advanced formulas. This powers a dynamic dashboard with a heatmap visualization, providing an instant, at-a-glance view of organizational capabilities and skill gaps without manual intervention.

Automated Cafe Mgt Dashboard | Power BI

Developed a Power BI dashboard that automated manual Excel reporting by integrating an SQL-based POS system (to get sales data) and labor Excel files. The solution featured a few dashboards with six visuals for revenue trends, inventory measures, a SPLH dashboard with KPI cards and bar charts for labor efficiency, using fiscal year slicers, and month sorting. Built in 19.5 hours, it reduced manual work by ~90% and provided a scalable model for future enhancements, delivering clear insights for café management.
